Not insured if USPS marks as delivered, This is for lost and damaged packages covered by Insurance. Smaller issues will be quickly dealt with directly by me.
Shipping is estimated it really depends on your volume more than weight, I will refund difference if it is over a few bucks. This is especially true for zone 6-9 if you have lots of small heavy parts and less air space it might drop down a shipping bracket or two saving you up to half in extreame cases or 3-5 bucks, I will be fair
I can ship 20 lbs as low as 10.95 for zone 1 and 32.95 in zone 9 however it has to fit in a 10x10x8.5 inch Box
Other wise it has to ship Priority flat rate large Box and fit
